Bryan McElwee, Founder and Principal Consultant
Bryan brings over 25 years’ experience as a program manager, quality leader, and consultant, supporting more than 70 organizations in the federal, commercial, and nonprofit sectors. He is a certified PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CMMC Professional, and ISO Lead Auditor.
As an early adopter and hands-on builder in AI and multi-agent systems, Bryan bridges the gap between traditional management frameworks and next-generation AI innovation. He has designed, implemented, and delivered AI-driven solutions, agentic automation, and tailored training for teams at every level.
